Dr. Mikael Hakansson is a family practice practitioner in the city of Fillmore and Santa Paula

Restrictions and Regulations during COVID-19
When visiting the office of Dr. Hakansson the following rules have been implemented in compliance with the CDC regulations:

1. Fill in the Covid-19 Screening Forms (found bellow as well as under current patients)

2. The office door is always locked. Upon arrival for your appointment please knock on the door and a member of the staff will let you in.

3. Only one patient is allowed into the waiting room at a time and the rest can either wait out side or in their car and the staff will call your provided cell phone number to notify them when it is time to be seen by the physician. If waiting outside the office please practice social distancing.

4. When entering the office only the patient with the appointment is allowed in unless it is a minor being accompanied by their guardian or if it is an elderly patient that requires assistance.

5. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to covid-19 please call the office and notify the staff before making an appointment and they will inform you of the measure that needs to be taken.

6. Mask must be worn at all times.
